On Leadership - Creating a logo for leadership

Now in its twenty second year, with 526 local graduates, Leadership Mendocino casts a wide net reaching a gamut of issues with mostly unsung remarkable leaders across this diverse county. Its logo is a small rectangle with green and white borders around a facsimile of rolling hills, a blue tinged sky and a white star, the words Leadership in bold green, the A topped with another star and Mendocino on the second line, in capital letters against a white background.

Willits American Legion happenings

As the Commander of American Legion Willits Post 174, I would like to thank Willits High School and Dr. Ritchley for providing the location for the 13th Annual Patriots Day Memorial. Willits High School participation in this event honoring the Firemen, Police and Paramedics that responded to the terrible events of that day, as well as the veterans that sacrificed and died as a result of those events, enhances this memorial.
