ever, with lots of additions, including new and improved carnival games, a
newly-built bread oven, a bounce house and petting zoo for the kids, and

Notice for Dancers

New Years Eve at the Caspar Community Center will feature Kevin and
the Coconuts, steelband, playing a fun mix of calypso, soca, salsa,
and swing. The doors will open at 8:00. The price is $20 per person,
which includes appetizers. Beer, wine and champagne will be
